Erin started her career in the hair industry 13 years ago, attending Graham Webb Academy for her initial education. Between her time in Washington and Dallas, Erin received advanced education through Davines, Toni&Guy, Sebastian, Oribe, Mr. Smith, Aveda, and The Grooming Lounge. She has been a lead stylist and educator for the last seven years of her career. She had the pleasure of working at New York Fashion Week in 2019, assisting Jawara for Mr. Smith. In 2019, she and partners Conner Friday and Milane Sarquis started their own salon, EMC Hair, now known as Salon Culture. In Spring 2024, Erin completed her MBA at Southern Methodist University. Behind the chair, she specializes in haircutting, extensions, smoothing treatments, and styling.

Erin is the best hair stylist ever! She gives new life to my hair each time I go to her. For reference I have incredibly fine hair that tends to sit flat on my head. She adds volume and movement in it and makes it look gorgeous
