Erin started her career in the hair industry 13 years ago, attending Graham Webb Academy for her initial education. Between her time in Washington and Dallas, Erin received advanced education through Davines, Toni&Guy, Sebastian, Oribe, Mr. Smith, Aveda, and The Grooming Lounge. She has been a lead stylist and educator for the last seven years of her career. She had the pleasure of working at New York Fashion Week in 2019, assisting Jawara for Mr. Smith. In 2019, she and partners Conner Friday and Milane Sarquis started their own salon, EMC Hair, now known as Salon Culture. Currently, Erin is pursuing her MBA at Southern Methodist University. Behind the chair, Erin specializes in haircutting and styling.
