Her passion for high-quality, sustainable beauty led her to serve as a North American Brand Educator for Davines and Mr. Smith, where she also gained editorial experience working under top stylists like Frieda Rossidis and assisting backstage at New York Fashion Week. In 2019, Milane cofounded EMC Hair LLC, now Salon Culture, with friends Erin Gallagher and Conner Friday.
